Marshal Chaifetz is a Clinical Associate Professor of Public Administration and Law in the Department of Political Science and International Affairs and the Grants and Contracts Coordinator for the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Kennesaw State University. Immediately prior to coming to Kennesaw in July of 2015, he was an independent consultant. Before that he spent 9 years as the Director of the Upward Bound program at Indiana University – Bloomington, a multi-campus, federally funded outreach program for at risk high school students. During his time at the Law School Admission Council in Newtown, Pennsylvania, he made site visits to over 50 law schools in the US and Canada. He has served as a Panel Coordinator, Facilitator and Grant Reviewer for multiple federal agencies for over 15 years. He currently teaches courses on grant writing and grant administration. He is also a campus Crisis Coordinator and a member of CERT both at Kennesaw State and in Cherokee County. While they have never been seen together, there is no truth to the rumor that he is, in fact, Batman.
